Abstract:
MMS is amending its
regulations to (1) update reporting instructions; (2)
eliminate unnecessary report forms; (3) add approved
information collections previously omitted; (4) remove the
extended due date for production reports submitted
electronically; (5) require production reporting on leases and
agreements until all production has ceased and all inventory
has been disposed of; and (6) eliminate certain reporting
assessments and electronic reporting options.
