Summary:
The Minerals Management Service (MMS), Royalty Management
Program (RMP) is withdrawing its proposed rulemaking to amend
the regulations for valuing natural gas produced from Federal
leases for royalty purposes. MMS also is requesting comments on
supplemental options for valuation.
