FM - Electronic Reporting Options

Option 1:   Complete forms on our Electronic Commerce Web site.

A Pentium II 400MHz processor or higher with the following minimum requirements is needed to use this option:

•	Windows 98, 2000, NT, ME
•	64 MB RAM or higher preferred
•	Direct Internet connection at 56,000 Baud Modem
•	Standard browser such as Netscape Navigator 7.0 (or higher) or Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher).

This secure Web site will include all the data fields needed to transmit monthly reports electronically. It also provides an import process for using ASCII/CSV files.

Our Electronic Commerce service provider will convert these reports into an ANSI ASC X12 EDI format and immediately forward them to MRM for processing.

Option 2:   Send X12 EDI files.

Send ANSI ASC X12 EDI files to MRM through our Electronic Commerce service provider using the necessary translation software, which is available from our service provider and other sources.

Of course, reporters may always elect to send ANSI ASC X12 EDI files directly to MRM through the various Value Added Network systems available for receiving and forwarding X12 data.
